Chuck these little puppies (Figure #1) in the oven for 20 minutes or so and what's left is a little chunk of Heaven wrapped in a pig's intestine and dripping with fat. But don't take my word for it - nip down Sainsbury's and get them before they are sold out. I was gutted to today when I went to buy lunch and some other idiot had snapped them all up like a snapping-uppy thing (Figure #2).
Figure #1. Hello little piggy!

Be creative (isn't that what makes cooking fun?!) but these can go with basically any dish, and any thing. I have had them with mash, chips, potatos, roast potatoes, bubble and squeak but not Rice Crispies, but that's only cos I ran out of milk (yes, I know you can have it with water like my dad used to make me have when my mother went away that time and he looked after us, BUT it does not taste as good with the heavenly white stuff that comes from a cow (Milk you tart, or Milktert as we say in Afrikaans).
If you see James, tell him I sent you, and don't worry - Tesco is still my favourite shopping center! (If you have never done 3am shopping whilst slaughter then you would not know why. Plus I have a few bob of Tesco shares).
Figure #2. Disappointment Strikes!
